# Update heartbeat for a client-side MCP server

Renews a registered client-side MCP server's heartbeat so its registration TTL remains active.

## Authentication

Use a user OAuth access token in `Authorization: Bearer <token>`. Workspace API keys are not accepted by client-side MCP registration and transport endpoints.

## Parameters

## Responses

| 200         | Heartbeat updated successfully                         |
| 400         | Bad Request. Missing or invalid parameters.            |
| 401         | Unauthorized. Invalid or missing authentication token. |
| 403         | Forbidden. User does not have access to the workspace. |
| 404         | Not Found. MCP server not registered or expired.       |
