# Subscriptions and billing

The active Counso subscription determines the workspace's available features, member capacity, usage controls, and billing terms. Review the values and terms shown for your own workspace; they may differ from another customer's subscription or older product documentation.

## Review the current subscription

Workspace administrators can open **Admin > Billing** to review the subscription information available to them. The page may show the current plan or contract, renewal date, payment details, invoices, and ways to manage the subscription. Availability depends on the workspace and the administrator's billing permissions.

Plan names, included seats, connectors, spaces, usage allowances, limits, taxes, and renewal conditions are specific to the active subscription. Use its summary or your Counso agreement as the source of truth.

## Start or change a subscription

If the billing page offers a plan change or checkout, review the complete summary before confirming. Check the selected plan, number and type of seats, billing cycle, effective date, tax or company details, and the total amount due. Where the form supports business billing, enter the legal company name and tax information as registered.

Adding or removing seats, changing a plan, or switching a billing cycle may affect access and charges. Read the confirmation and invoice preview for the effective date and any prorated adjustment. If the terms are unclear or the desired option is not available, ask the workspace billing owner or Counso contact before confirming.

## Manage payment details and invoices

Use **Admin > Billing** to view or update the payment method and retrieve invoices, when those controls are available to your role. Keep billing contact details current so subscription notices reach the right person. Only a billing administrator should change payment information.

## Cancel, renew, or reactivate

Cancellation and renewal behavior is governed by the current Counso subscription and agreement. Before scheduling a cancellation, review the end date and the page's explanation of what happens to members, connected sources, agents, conversations, and uploaded files. Do not assume that cancellation deletes data, preserves every feature, or leaves every connection active.

If you plan to leave Counso, export any records or files you need and confirm the status of connected providers before the subscription ends. To reactivate, use the option shown in **Admin > Billing** or contact the workspace billing owner. Ask Counso for the applicable data-retention or deletion process if you need the workspace or its data removed; request confirmation before an irreversible deletion.
