# How can I check whether Counso is unavailable?

Check service notices provided by your organisation or the Counso support channel. If no current notice is available, compare the issue in another browser or network and ask a colleague whether they see the same behaviour.

If you report the problem, include the affected workspace area, approximate time, browser, and a short description. Do not include passwords, tokens, or customer records.
