# Marketing and content use cases

Use an Agent to turn approved source material into a first draft, refine a piece for a defined audience, or adapt content across channels. Include current brand guidance and examples that the team is allowed to reuse.

## Draft and refine content

Provide the brief, audience, purpose, key points, and length. Ask the Agent to preserve verified facts, flag claims that need review, and keep the requested tone. For editing, specify whether it may restructure the text or should only correct clarity and grammar.

## Create channel-specific copy

Ask for a version suited to a particular channel, such as a product update, email, or social post. Include character limits or required links only when confirmed. Review names, dates, product claims, accessibility, and legal wording before publication.

## Translate and localise

Supply the source text, target language and region, audience, and terms that must remain consistent. Ask for uncertain idioms or technical terms to be called out. A fluent translation still needs review by someone familiar with the market and subject.

## Repurpose long material

A report, webinar transcript, or interview can be summarised into a short brief and then adapted into several drafts. Keep a link to the original and review each derivative separately; a summary may omit a qualification that matters in public copy.

## Suggested request

```text theme={"system"}
Draft a short customer update from the approved release notes below. Use a clear, conversational tone. Keep dates and feature names exact, do not add roadmap claims, and list any statement that needs product or legal review.
```

Audio or media generation is available only when the workspace exposes a suitable capability. Do not promise that an Agent can publish content directly to a channel.
