# 如何确认 Counso 是否出现服务故障？

请查看组织提供的服务通知或 Counso 支持渠道。如果没有相关公告，可尝试使用其他浏览器或网络，并询问同事是否遇到相同问题。

报告问题时，请说明受影响的工作区区域、大致时间、浏览器和现象。不要附上密码、令牌或客户记录。
