  4. Train and support the team: practise asking questions, checking sources, and handling uncertainty.
  5. Review the results: decide what to improve or expand based on quality, effort, and rework.
Administrators should also check membership, data connections, and available tools. Start with one low-risk workflow, confirm it works in practice, and then reuse the parts that proved useful.
