To move to a new email address, join the workspace with that address before removing the old membership.
  1. Ask a workspace administrator to invite your new email address, or send the invitation yourself if you have that permission.
  2. Open the invitation in the new inbox and accept it. Sign in with the new address and confirm that you reached the intended workspace.
  3. Add the new account as an editor of any Agents you manage. Restore the required Pod, Space, and source access, and check that you can continue your work.
  4. Once the new account works, ask an administrator to revoke the old account’s workspace membership.
Keep access to the new inbox throughout the change. If your organisation manages sign-in through an identity provider, coordinate the new identity with its administrator. Tell your team about the change where it affects ownership or collaboration.
