Depending on the workspace, an Agent may have tools for searching approved knowledge, working with files or structured data, using the web, or interacting with connected applications. The Agent details show its configured tools. Ask an administrator if a needed tool is unavailable. Do not assume that a connected application grants write access; check the specific action and destination before using it.
