A connected Slack source may group replies with the message that starts a thread. A citation can therefore open the thread’s first message rather than the individual reply containing the excerpt. Open the cited channel or thread and check the surrounding messages. For clearer source context, keep a clear opening post and use a thread for follow-up discussion. If the link remains incorrect, report the channel, approximate time, and example to the workspace administrator.
